1. Sanitation & Disinfection
Before any service is performed we always spray the client’s and our hands with anti bacterial spray with disinfects and kills any germs. Our working area, including table, floor, files and implements used are sterilized after each client’s visit ensuring you come to a clean and germ free salon. *Please notify your current infection before we start service.
2. Communication
Please talk to your assigned technician to ensure satisfaction and to perform any customize service that you prefer.
3. Refund
Product, Service and Gift Certificate are NOT refundable. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
4. Gift Card
All Gift Cards are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. No refund or Exchange for cash. Gift Card must be presented at time of service.
5. Waxing Service
Do not using any chemical peeling products before or after your appointment, in order to prevent irritation/redness.
6. Appointment / Cancellations
You can book appointment online or call (781) 237-5843 . Please notify us 4 hours ahead when you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
7. Jewelry and personal belongings
Please carry your jewelry and your belonging with you in all times of service. We are not responsible for any of your loss.
8. Payment
Minimum transaction for Credit Card is $10. NO personal check will be accepted. ATM no terminal fees ( for customer only).
9. Kids
Products used in the salon may NOT be safe for kids so please keep them away from touch or smell. NO running around or disturbed other clients
10. Diabetes Client
Please inform to our technician so we can provide our service with proper care. NO CUTTING SERVICES ARE ALLOWED.
